Yes, you melt the chocolate using just warm tap water. You don't need to use anything else other than a bowl of warm water that you put the sachets of chocolate into.
• How long does the chocolate take to melt?
The chocolate will be fully melted after a few minutes - melt the dark chocolate first as this is what you will use for the outline of your drawing. Whilst you're drawing your outline, put the milk and white chocolate in the warm water. By the time you have finished your outline, the chocolate should have melted.
• What should I do if my melted chocolate still has lumps in it?
Use your fingers to break the lumps up, as this helps to melt the chocolate. If this does not work, raise the temperature of the water slightly.
• Is the chocolate still okay to use if it has melted and set again before use?
Yes. The melting process won't affect the quality, taste or condition of the chocolate.
• How long will my chocolate picture bar take to set?
When you're finished making your chocolate bar, place it in the fridge for 20 minutes and then enjoy!
